you. Here's a synopsis, though. I retired in early 2003 from the
Federal Government after 26-1/2 years of service. I've always been interested in
real estate, from an investment perspective and because I want to
help people find the "American Dream" for themselves.
Traveling all over this region is half of the fun ... I have
worked with clients in Charles County, St. Mary's County, Prince
George's County, Anne Arundel County, Calvert County, Montgomery County, Howard County, Baltimore County, and even on the Eastern Shore. In short, if it's a property that's located in Maryland, the chances are good that I can help you with it.
A few years ago, I built a Custom Home ... a modular
home ... from the ground up, starting with finding
the raw land and ultimately moving in. It was an exhilerating
experience that I would highly recommend to ANYONE!
Because I lived through it, I believe I can help YOU do the same thing. If
you want to build the "home of your dreams" and then
move into it, there's nothing stopping you. If you're a
first-time homebuyer, it can be the greatest step you can take!
Building a home is not right for everyone, though, and if it turned out that it isn't for you, I can help
you find an existing home that will be PERFECT
for you.
I can also help you sell your current home. I'm specializing in relocation properties and bank-owned (foreclosures) homes and short sales, but I can use all of that expertise to help you, too! The
marketing strategy that use (taking advantage of all the Internet has to offer) is very powerful, and I can use it
to promote your property to just the right market to get it sold.
Many times, homes are listed for sale but, for whatever reason,
do not sell. I can help you figure out what went wrong and
determine the best course of action for YOU. There is no standard
marketing procedure ... each one must be tailored specifically
for each individual home.
Sometimes selling a home in order to move to another one isn't the best idea ... and now I also provide property management services to homeowners who determine that renting out their current home is the best course of action.
I've owned two homes in Maryland in my 27 years
here. The first was in Prince George's County, but I now live in
Southern Maryland and think it's the best part of the State.
There are great opportunities here for people who want to
relocate away from sprawl or obtain investment properties to take
advantage of the potential future growth here.
